Reporting a bug
The more of this you include, the faster it gets fixed:
- Which game and which version (shown on the title screen or in the store listing)
- Your device and operating system version
- What you were doing when it happened, and what you expected instead
- A screenshot or short recording if you have one
Betas
Beta builds are rough by design. Saved progress may not carry over between beta versions. If a beta will not launch at all, tell us your device and OS and we will look at it first.
Refunds
Purchases made through the Apple App Store, Google Play or itch.io are refunded through that store's own process, which we cannot override. Support tips are voluntary and non-refundable except where the law requires.
