Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Lower Mercy collects when you use our website, play our games, or contact us, and what we do with it. Lower Mercy is a trade name of IntroStaff Property Management LLC ("we", "us"), 40 West 33rd Street, Bayonne, New Jersey 07002, United States.

What we collect

Our games. Our games do not require an account and do not collect personal information. Game progress and settings are stored on your own device. Where a game is distributed through a store or platform (Apple App Store, Google Play, itch.io), that platform collects information under its own privacy policy, which we do not control. If a future version of a game adds accounts, analytics, advertising, or in-app purchases, this policy will be updated before that version is released and the game's store listing will disclose it.

This website. lowermercy.com is a static site hosted on Cloudflare. We do not set tracking cookies and do not run advertising. Cloudflare may log basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) to serve and protect the site; see Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Video. Video on this site is served from our own hosting, not a third-party player, so watching it does not send data to a video platform. Where we link out to YouTube, YouTube's policies apply once you follow the link.

Support tips. If you send a tip through our support page, payment is processed by Stripe. Stripe receives your payment details; we receive only what Stripe passes back (typically your name, email address, and the amount). We never see your card number. See Stripe's privacy policy.

Email. If you write to us, we keep your message and address for as long as needed to reply and handle the matter.

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not share it with third parties except the service providers named above, and only as needed to run the service.
• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it, by emailing privacy@lowermercy.com. We will respond within 30 days. Residents of California, the EU/EEA, the UK and other jurisdictions with privacy laws have additional rights under those laws, which we honour.

Changes

When this policy changes we update the effective date above. Material changes that affect a published game are also disclosed in that game's store listing.
